All virtual servers purchased before June 1st 2023 at LinuxCloudVPS are fully managed. This means that we will fully support all the software installed on your server after it was provisioned including any control panels such as cPanel/WHM, Webmin/Virtualmin or DirectAdmin.
All virtual servers purchased after June 1st 2023 are SELF-MANAGED. You will be responsible for all installations, updates, maintenance of software on your server. We will only be able to assist with infrastructure issues.
NOTE: Custom configuration and installation of 3rd party services/applications is only supported on a "best effort" basis. We will try to help you out with a 3rd party service/application but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully support it.
We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year to help you with any aspect of using and/or configuring your server. Our support is done via Email/Ticket system or via Live Chat.
